You might know me through my pottery. This is the other side of what I do.
Building Strawberry Vale Ceramics taught me something I did not expect. The gap between a talented maker and a sustainable business almost never comes down to craft. It comes down to systems. The booking, payments, processes, & back-end work that either quietly holds everything together or slowly drains the joy out of the work you love.
I have spent 10 plus years in project management and operations, working in consulting with tech companies, government agencies, and scaling startups. I have applied every bit of that experience to building this studio. Now I help other small business owners and creative entrepreneurs do the same.
I am based in Victoria, BC & work with clients locally & remotely across Canada.

I work with a small number of clients at a time because I want to genuinely understand your business, not just deliver a report and move on. Every engagement starts with properly understanding your business & goals.
When we work together you will always have a clear picture of what we are focused on and why. I keep things straightforward and practical because advice that does not fit where you actually are is not very useful.
I am a PMP and Scrum-certified project manager with 10 plus years of consulting experience across tech, government, hospitality and small business. I also run Strawberry Vale Ceramics, which means I have lived the same challenges you are navigating.
That combination of formal training and real-world small business experience is what I bring to every client I work with.
