Join me at my cozy home studio to explore the art of pottery through hand-building and wheel throwing. The space is ideal for private lessons, accommodating up to 2 people, yet best suited for personalized 1:1 sessions for beginners or intermediates.

Class Offerings

  • Always wanted to see what throwing on a wheel is all about? Get a quick overview with this 3 session course: throwing (2h), trimming (2h) & glazing (1hr).

    At the end of the course, you can expect to have a good understanding of the ceramics process, and ceramics to take home with you! Pots will be fired and ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after glazing class.

    Prices include all materials (clay, tools, kiln firing, etc.)

    $250 + tax.

  • Over the span of 6 weeks, learn how to make mugs, bowls, plates, and more through wheel throwing. We can collaborate to tailor the lessons towards your specific interests.

    Classes are 1.5 hours in duration.

    Pieces will be fired and ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after glazing class.

    Prices include clay, tools, kiln firing, etc.

    $425 + tax

  • Come hang out for a 1:1 lesson (1.5h).

    Ideal for those seeking assistance with specific techniques like centering or pulling walls, as well as for those eager to explore the creation of new vessel types, such as a matcha set or holiday gifts. This option is also great for individuals who may not be able to attend the same time each week.

    This offering is specifically for students who have taken at least one class prior with me.

    Clay not included in price. Kiln firing included with purchase of punch pass. For individual lessons, kiln firing is additional cost.

    1.5 Hour Lesson - $80 + tax

    1.5 Hour Punch Pass x 5 - $380 + tax

  • It can be hard to find studio space in Victoria! If you feel confident in the studio and would like some time to work on your own, this is for you.

    Our studio is equipped with a Shimpo VL-Whisper wheel, as well as a ConeArt 1822 kiln.

    This offering is specifically for students who have taken at least one class prior with me.

    2 hours - $50 + tax

Cancellation policy

  1. 48-Hour Notice Required:
    Cancellations made 48+ hours before class receive a full credit for future use.

  2. Late Cancellations (<48 Hours):
    No refunds or credits unless we can fill your spot from a waitlist (we’ll try our best!). Life happens? Email us ASAP.

  3. No-Shows:
    Forfeit the class fee. No makeups or credits.

  4. Multi-Week Courses:

    • Missed classes: 1 makeup credit per course (valid 60 days), subject to availability.

    • No refunds after course start.

  5. Punch Passes:
    Expire 6 months after purchase. Late cancellations count as a punch.

  6. Studio Cancellations:
    If we cancel (weather, illness), you’ll get a full refund or priority rescheduling.
